Thoughts on Non Profit Work

Many people are taught that to do good is to donate time or money to organizations that serve important causes locally and globally.

Charities and non profit organizations are often the people that do this ‘good’ with your time or money, but often discussions of effectiveness or innovation of non profit is absent.

Dan Pallotta speaks at TED about charity and rethinking how charities work, attract and retain talent so social causes may actually be impacted.
